This building is a classic old building in downtown Madison. It was an apartment complex in this old photo taken in 2005. Now a few years later the building pretty much looks the same. It has recently converted into a condominium complex.
The location here is amazing, with a location about 100 feet from the capitol square. It must be neat to live here.
